Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client engagement. Any work starts only after scope, commercial terms, access responsibilities, and approvals are agreed in writing.
Access and credentials
Agent, integration, CRM, or web-app work may require access to client systems. Access should be provided through appropriate owner-approved and least-privilege paths.
AI agents and control
Nebulas designs AI and agentic systems with human approval, observability, recovery controls, and clear operating ownership where customer, money, reputation, compliance, or operational risk is present.
